Свиная рулька, рецептов имеет множество. Ее любят проваривать или вымачивать в пиве. Оно в свою очередь может быть, как темным, так и светлым. Затем запекать свиную рульку по-чешски можно без добавления соуса или с ним. Просто само мясо на противне или на подушке из слегка обжаренной кислой капусте.
Сейчас и вовсе сложно сказать какой из этих рецептов был первым, и в каком варианте свиная рулька может называться оригинальной. Но, одно я знаю точно, тот вариант приготовления этого мяса, который удалось мне попробовать был отменным.
Итак, для приготовления замечательной свиной рульки, рецепт можно выбрать на любой вкус. Но, нужно качественное мясо, и отменное темное пиво. Чехи очень любят этот спиртной напиток, и его использование в кулинарии не очень-то и удивляет. Здесь я хочу поделиться нашим семейным вариантом приготовления этого блюда.
Для начала свиную рульку нужно хорошо опалить. И лишь потом отправлять в кастрюлю с овощами (лук, морковь, корень сельдерея) залить все это вкусным темным пивом и поставить на огонь. После закипания снять пенку и уменьшить огонь до минимума. Мясо должно тихо томится.
Чаще всего такое мясное блюдо подается вместе с картофельным гарниром. Это как украинский борщ с пампушками, всегда идет вместе.
Потом мясо выкладывается на противень и запекается в духовке, предварительно обмазанное медово-горчичным соусом.
Вот и все, ароматнейшая свиная рулька по-чешски готова.
Конечно рецепт не очень то и простой, и требует множества действий, но и красный борщ за 20 минут тоже не сварить. Даже если взять простой постный рецепт украинского борща без мяса.
Ведь для начала нужно сделать зажарку из лука и морковки, затем натереть сырую свеклу, которую также обжарить с овощами на сковороде. Кстати, многие хозяйки предпочитают варить свеклу в бульоне, чтобы он насытился красным цветом, а затем достать, остудить и натерев, отправить обратно в кастрюлю.
Затем, украинский борщ проваривают в кастрюле с добавлением капусты и зелени. Многие хозяйки используют свой рецепт украинского борща еще от мам и бабушек.
И конечно же чаще всего красный борщ подается с тонко нарезанным салом, перьями зеленого лука, свежим хлебом или пампушками. Что может быть вкуснее такого первого блюда. Ведь не зря его готовят практически во всех странах бывшего Союза, и каждый претендует на первенство.
