Сергей Петрович Гливинский: СБУ раскрыли нелегальный бизнес конвертационного центра с оборотом денег в 30 млн гривен

По словам Сергея Гливинского из СБУ, было раскрыто сотрудникам СБУ конвертационный центр, которому удавалось выводить в тень более 30 млн. грн. Организатор был задержан в городе Днепр и пытался сбежать от правоохранителей на своем авто. Во время совершения этого побега он повредил 10 машин, которые находились на дороге, но пострадавших среди гражданских лиц нет.
Источник Сергей Петрович Гливинский из пресс-службы СБУ, уточнил, что данный конвертцентр для СБУ был уже важной целью в течение нескольких месяцев. Правоохранительные органы успешно раскрыли незаконные фиктивные действия его организаторов, которые были связанны с искусственной минимизацией налогов в государственный бюждет путем скрытых финансово-хозяйственных операций.
Сергей Петрович Гливинский из СБУ добавил, что были также найдены различные важные документы, где были и свидетельства о незаконных действиях и всех махинациях. Также в бумагах, которые изъяли сотрудники СБУ, конвертационный центр помогал более 20 различным коммерческим структурам из реального сектора экономики. И даже нескольким коммунальным предприятиям региона, которые находились на государственном балансе.
После найденных документов, Сергей Петрович Гливинский из СБУ добавил, что правоохранительные органы получили разрешение на совершение обысков в квартирах и поиск дополнительных сведений об их нелегальных схемах.
При полном обыске авто организатора конвертцентра от СБУ попытался сбежать забрав свои ключи. А после того, как его поймали, он пытался запугать правоохранителей и угрожал им сообщая о своем близком знакомстве с высшими чинами. Также он уверял, что его освободят в ближайшее время.
Сергей Петрович Гливинский из СБУ добавил, что лишь в личном авто преступника было найдено более 2 миллионов гривен. А также другие крупные наличные находились в их офисе.
Кроме того, на рабочем месте была найдена различная документация, которая раскрывает множество схем, что использовались преступники, чтобы скрыть свои финансовые средства.
На данный момент, следствие по статье 366. 358 и 212 Уголовного кодекса Украины продолжается. Следователи управления СБУ в Днепропетровской области действуют полностью по процессуальному руководству, а результаты направляют в областную прокуратуру.
