Очевидцы ДТП в туннеле: автобус кидало от стены к стене

Дорожная авария в Швейцарии унесла жизни 28 человек, в том числе 22 детей. Об этом сообщили власти кантона Вале, расположенного на юго-западе страны. Автокатастрофа произошла во вторник вечером недалеко от города Сиерр. Автобус, который вез детей со школьных каникул домой, врезался на полном ходу в стену автодорожного туннеля.
Очевидцы рассказывают, что автобус сначала ударился о левую сторону туннеля, после чего его отбросило вправо, где он разбился неподалеку от запасного выхода из подземного сооружения.
Из 52 человек, находившихся в автобусе, погибли 28, среди них 22 школьника в возрасте 12 лет. Еще 24 ребенка получили ранения. Все погибшие — бельгийцы из Фламандского региона на севере страны. Они возвращались на родину со школьных каникул в долине Валь Д’Аннивеье в кантоне Вале. Среди погибших числятся также и оба водителя автобуса
Всех пострадавших в ДТП направляют в четыре больницы кантона Вале, а также в клиники Лозанны и Берна. В течение дня на место катастрофы должны прибыть родственники жертв трагедии в сопровождении психологов, сообщают местные СМИ. По имеющейся информации, передает ИТАР-ТАСС, другие автомобили в ДТП не пострадали.
