Начальник Департамента ГАИ Анатолий Сиренко сообщает о результатах всенародного голосования по вопросу повышения городской скорости до 80 км/ч. Народ и гаишники называют 11 участков дорог в Киеве, которые имеют все условия для увеличения скоростного режима. В обсуждении предложения об увеличении скоростного лимита приняли участие почти 54 тысячи участников дорожного движения. Вы участвовали?
Изначально список улиц, на которых столичная ГАИ готова была поднять официальную скорость до 80 км/ч насчитывал 21 участок. Чтобы принять окончательное решение, говорят в ГАИ, был проведён опрос, в котором приняли участие 53 858 неравнодушных граждан. Из них 23 082 человека (43%) высказались за повышение скорости, 14 993 (28%) поддержали список частично, а 15 783 респондентов (29%) не поддержали идею. Отмечается, что в голосовании и обсуждении принимали участие водители, велосипедисты и пешеходы.
Те, кто высказался против повышения лимита, апеллировали к неудовлетворительному состоянию дорог. Они же отмечали нерегулируемые пешеходные переходы, отсутствие «карманов» на остановках общественного транспорта, хаос с парковками и другие насущные проблемы. Менее категоричные респонденты, говорят в ГАИ, в общем поддержали идею повышения скоростного режима, но не везде. Так на улицах Заболотного и Телиги, проспектах Победы, Московском, Броварском, а также на Московском мосту и бульваре Дружбы Народов скорость решили не поднимать.
Проанализировав мнение общественности, оценив статистику ДТП и состояние дорожного полотна, ГАИ Киева определила 11 участков дорожной сети города Киева, на которых целесообразно повысить разрешенную скорость движения. Начальник ГАИ уже направил нижеследующий список на согласование в Киевскую городскую госадминистрацию и мы, в общем, не сомневаемся, что именно таков его окончательный вид.

- Надднепрянское шоссе;
- Столичное шоссе (от Южного моста до улицы Заболотного);
- Улица Саперно-Слободская (от улицы Гринченко до Южного моста);
- Южный мост;
- Проспект Бажана;
- Оболонский проспект (от Богатырской до Маршала Малиновского ) ;
- Автодорога Р-69 (от улицы Озерной до границы Киева);
- Проспект Ватутина (от Московского моста до Керченской площади);
- Улица Городская (Міська) (от улицы Стеценко до Гостомельского шоссе);
- Автодорога Т-1039 ( от Гостомельского шоссе до Минского проспекта).
